Many thanks to the founders of OCCD who created a phenomenal support network for Directors in Montgomery County. Through the years, OCCD has provided high quality professional development opportunities for its members that in turn improves the quality of care in each member’s center. Whether the member is in his/her first year of directing a center or has been in this profession for 20+ years, each member benefits from the knowledge and experiences of others. Not to mention the lasting friendships that many have established with their colleagues throughout the county.

 OCCD continues to be successful due to the commitment of its members and their desire to make a positive impact on the lives of their staff and the children and families of Montgomery County.
